got moto not working - GSM-Forum

I purchased a one day pass for got mot and followed the instructions for unlocking the network for my at&t KRZR K1. the software said it completed sucessfully but when i reassembled my phone and inserted my sim and powered on it was still displaying enter subsidy code. i tried to use the tool to set the subsidy code to 00000000 and that also said it was sucessful yet it wont accept the 8 0's what gives? it seems to me i got a useless piece of software and a one day liscemce. i ensured rsdlite would connect and see my phine and i also ensured i selected the correct flash version so i know it is communicating with the phone but it is failing to do what it is supposed to. please help as i need to remove the subsidy lock on my phone and my carrier won't do it till i've been with them 6 months.

what firmware / bootloader do you have?
