i tried to upload a new mp for my unlocked krzr using Flash & Backup 3. of course i made a backup! but when i tried to upload the new mp, this came up on my screen...
Boot Loader
0A.B3.
SW Version:
R4527_G_08.02.
81R
PH SIG ERR:
35:02:

OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

and then when i connect the usb to my pc, i get under OK to Program,
USB
Transfer Mode

what have i done and how do i fix this? can got fix my woes? i'll pay whatever amount i have to get my krzr back on its feet! flame me if that's what it takes but i did something dumb, obviously.

ok no problem

1. made TP
2. repair PDS
3. flash the Mp of your choice.

thank you, NAEEM FAROOQUI, i appreciate your response. however, could someone explain a little more in detail what a tp is, how it is made and how i go about repairing pds? i've got a good mp, just need to know how to repair my krzr so i can install it. thanks from a noob!

thanks for your help, Naeem. ok, i found a testpoint button for sale on ebay for my k1. what, if any, special software do i need installed on my pc to use the tp? and how would i go about repairing pds?

You don't need to testpoint, thats only when your phone isn't recognized by the flash program.
Use RSD lite to flash the MP. It is the Motorola software made to flash your phone. Just google RSD lite.

got the tp from my ebay seller today. i got the phone apart and attached the testpoint button and from there, i'm lost. i downloaded the smart moto program and tried to connect the phone to it but it said something about a s-card resource manager not found. i really need a guide or someone to help me one on one, please!

smart moto S-card thats that u r in the forum of GOT GSM ONLINE TOOL

buy one day account download what ever from suregot server and flash ur set

no, i don't have an s-card. do i need one? i purchased a one day pass for got but that was earlier this week. can i repair the phone without the s-card? thanks for your help.

Did you get RSD lite, you need it.
If your phone is recognized by RSD lite you do not need to testpoint.
If you TP, it will blank your phone.

Forget about smartmoto.
