My computer crashed - GSM-Forum

my unlocking computer has crashed and now when i put it on a different computer i cannot login. i just bought yesterday, any way to switch the program to a different computer or get a refund so i can buy again?

Could you explain what exactly happend and what you did before your computer crashed.

i caught a virus and it does not turn on anymore, i will have to reformat when i get a chance. but for now i have switched all unlocking to a different computer. i have logged in one time to make sure it was working, but did not unlock anything.

in order to work in new pc the got soft need to enter to www.got.bz and reset you pc id but be carful you can reset back to old pc just after 14 days.And after reset pc id need to work 100%

First of all you have to install all your unlock softwares one by one with thire correct drivers there should not be any problem, I'm using sometime on my Laptop instead of Desktop.

formatting PC is the not the solution of error/virus so enjoy 14 DAYS coz when u r in trouble just look at this forum we all are here to HELP u in any case what so ever the problem is i always got the viruses and always remove them manually its not a hard task to do any way any other time any user got any sort of virus protection just post there symptom and Hijack log so we can make the thinking of what to day
