Many of resellers are having this problem with endusers emails.
They send to enduser all details by mail and this mail goes to JUNK folder.
Please see in your JUNK folder if you GOT any mail.

instead of writing bull****, you should better post here to who you paid the money and the reseller will see it and will act fast in case he have not seen the trasaction.
