RSD recognizes one, but not another - GSM-Forum

Am trying to unlock Cingular V3.. but have a problem getting RSD to show device. I use a normal unlocked V3 and it will recognize, after *#power.
However when I switch phones to the cingular, I can't get RSD to show the device. It just comes up with usb not functioning message.
USB port must be okay, usb cable must be okay, drivers are installed, but this particular phone does nothing..
very strange..
boot loader 08.26 with SW vers R374_G
tried other moto sw and same thing.. invisible..
andy suggestions please?

8.26 is the boot loader that GOT can unlock with only Easy TP method so try there

if not there is trouble with ur handset coz nothing is change or new to that

still getting the trouble make the TP and do that with out any trouble

better check the cable connection or the handset jack is damaged by some thing or may ur handset is water damage.

use the search button to get the V3 TP and enjoy the services.
