u6 pebl stuck in blank mode - GSM-Forum

hey,

just signed up for GOT for a day to unlock my T-Mobile pebl. Everything was going fine with GOT until it got to unlocked mode and then I kept getting:

Cannot connect to phone. Would you like to try?

And error 202003 all over the place in the logging screen.

What should I do? RSD shows it as "S Blank Neptune LTE"

you need to flash it

with rsd

thanks GSMCrazy1, and I can use Suregot to get the Flash?

Motorola_Packages_GOT > R478 U6

then there is three options, just take the latest date?

Appreciate your help. I've had experience with an unlocked flashing of a v3i, but this is my first unlock.

Nop you're wrong, first repair then flash from bootloader.

well my problem is that I can't get GOT_moto to say anything other than error 2020003 now...

ok, somehow I tried reflashing with RSD and kept getting errors, and then repair "remove blank mode" in got_MOTO started working. so its back no longer blank, but I think not unlocked. when I try to put my cingular sim into it, it asks for a subsidary password?

yep, thank you - that did the trick! can I use got-moto to remove the tmobile branding - or should i go back to the p2k tools to do that?

Surely u can unbrand it with GOT.

R478_G_08.83.78R_X_W10F1_1FF in shx section will be unbranded software.

my phone currently has r478_g_08.84.2AR_A - does it matter that 08.83 seems lower? my bootloader is also 8.a1

i have try'ed Repair PDS but i get the same error:
