GOT v0048 makes it r3511_G_xx.xxy
phone code sig error 39:02:

got still cannot unlock v195 correctly, please fix it.
old version 46 unlocked it but bluetooth stopped working, now it completly messed up the phone.

fixed it with full flash original v195 r3517 version
