V3i Dead after Unlock - GSM-Forum

I bought the 1 day pass and after attempting to unlock my V3i, which IS supported per your list, the phone no longer does anything. When connected to my PC, it says USB device not recognized. It will not power up or go into the boot loader screen. After

GOT can no longer see the phone at all so I'm pretty screwed unless this can get fixed. I really need some help in getting this fixed, all I wanted to do was unlock the phone and all I ended up getting was a dead phone.

Please help if you can, this is the only phone.

Here is the phone info I got before trying to unlock.

Establish connection to handset
Switch handset to MODEM interface
Error: 2010001
TCMD Interface established ok
Read phone informations
Model: V3i
IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
User Code: 1234
Security Code: 000000

What am I supposed to flash it with if nothing can detect the phone ?

Used a Magic Test Point button and GOT to bring it back from the dead. It's not 100% as I had it but luckily I had created a full back up of the phone when it was brand new. Seems like a hell of a time to go through to unlock a phone that supposedly doesn't need a test point with GOT.
