v3r r3443u5 cannot repair pds ? - GSM-Forum

Hi manole,

I've just bought a 1 day pass thru you but somehow when i connect
my v3r to it...the program kept saying

Error: 2010003 when connecting.

I tried to repair pds...but it's greyed out...there's no option to select
that....GOT cannot repair pds on v3r ?

When i tried to do a full flash, it kept saying erase error...please help !

So try first repair pds as R3443U2 with testpoint then flash with R3443U5 flash in boot mode.

thanks for replying, i have followed ur advise but when i tried to flash
it, this error appears

Sending RAMDLD to handset
RAMDLD started ok in handset
Erase flash...
Error: 1150004
Error: 1240006

Did u repair pds successfully ? This is log from what mode? what file ?

hi pecel,

i followed ur advise n repair the pds using r3443u2 and it was a success.
so thinking i should be able to full flash it with the file that i got from GOT

filename:
r3443u5_g_0e.c8.0dr_pds005_lp0003_drm0113_vstus_en glish206_jpjava_g_0e_r3443u5_00_00_09i_gsvslqatmb0 1na013_miniflex_enable_warmplug_1ff.gtc

but it gave me that error msg

If you won't answer my question my help will be incorrect ! Did you try to flash from bootloader mode ?

oh, i tried to flash from bootloader mode, but the screen is blank

i press the power + * + # but nothing comes on.

It's not important that you can't see anything on lcd, important is that GOT can connect phone in boot mode when you access them by hand.

(hoping it is in boot mode)

I open up GOT and try to full flash r3443u5 but still no luck.

Any other way to fix this ?

Put phone in boot mode and open RSD lite, post your log here.

I mean not flashing log, how phone is recognized by RSD.

Hi pecel,

sorry for the misunderstanding.
I do the boot mode and plug the phone into rsd.

it shows S FLASH NEPTUNE LTE2 withe my correct imei n says CONNECTED
I then choose the file that i want to flash which is R3443U5_G_0E.C8.0DR.shx

I click start and it looks like it is flashing but failed with this error:
ERROR: Phone[0000]: Error erasing subscriber unit. Device API Error: 0xE00200C0 Command: ERASE - on device ID 0

then another screen pops up
Phone failed initial security verification checks. HAB error 0x8D

Try different flashfiles.
