v3x in blank mode - GSM-Forum

i used got to unlock v3x and during the process it placed the phone in blank mode .after this it cannot connect to the phone(error 2020003) but rsd lite can connect, it shows a bootloader version v0x000310. what can be done to restore this phone?

just repair PDS and leave blank if nor works properly than flash it
