Member: 570617 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Error Code 1962701 This has also happened while writing to the EEPROM Flash Zone, while attempting to remove the network locks after successfully reflashing the EEPROM, and attemptong to zero the call counter. I've changed cables, batteries, USB ports and have gotten a single success with this handset, I've written the EEPROM Flash Zone. What do I try next? SEMC is the only SE tool I have so if this won't fix it it is off to the local repair shop! The log below is from the zeroing attempt. The others are similar. Try to power on handset ... Reading handset identificators ... BOOT Signature: A1_DB2010_49_RED CustomerID (flash): 49 CustomerID (OTP): 49 Handset IMEI: 352########6082 Flash chip: 897E Try to power on handset ... Write loader to handset flash ... Wait handset to power off ... Try to power on handset ... Start loader from handset flash ... Reading CXC version string ... CXC version: R9A036_CXC1123267_NAM_1_JE Sending loader to handset RAM ... Write 2nd loader to handset flash ... FAILURE: Code no 1962701 |

Member: 570617 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Found A Solution, But not THE Solution! I fully charged five batteries. Everytime the software requested a battery removal I replaced the partially used battery with a fully charged battery. Problem solved - for this handset. For two other handsets I'm still scratching my head. While every other W300i would turn itself on during the process, these two had to be coaxed on with a quick power button press. They also gave me many errors along the way. All three of these handsets had 897E flash chips. The 2019 flashchip handsets did not give me this sort of grief. |
