FAILURE: Code no 1973195

TRYING TO FLASH K700...NOT SWITCHING ON....ANY HELP..THANKS..

i m not sure but

this messege comes whens the wrong version of CID is writen on the hand set coz of any wrong CID writtened by some one

or may its the time when ur set light ups only this the error till I know
