|  please help blinking v3 black was changeing skins on v3 black (b.l. oc.c1) when i restarted it just blinks white screen and beeps when i hook it to pc it comes up s flash neptune lte2 and wont find it please help was my 14 yr olds xmas gift i am begging please help |
