Question Im New with GOT - GSM-Forum

hi im new with got and i have one problem , I conect with ufs/batt cable or cruiser cable when I clic on "Get handest ....." the phone power on and dont detect , I try with w300 and K310 but same problem .
Only one time I conect the phone and unlock ok but never more.
<Any help ???

if u r using the cruiser cable just what u have to do is put the battery after pressing the get handset it will show u whats that

and if ur phone will still on by it self check the connector of the handset coz may there is some moisture on the jack of phone or cable.

HI , finaly I soulved the problem , my probblem was on the port configuration on the interface only have coms 1 or 3 , i unistall the drivers of 4 in 1 cable and instal again and now have coms 1 , 3 and 6 !!
thats the problem i didny have port 6 !!
