All testpoints checked and ok! Wires shorts.
What to do?

D Messages Is Right If U Have Tp Connections Fails ..used Another Test Jigs..clean Ur Pcb..

Try to use another test point . By the time you try like 3 different test point I am sure one will work . and if none work , try and get the Picture of test point and sold the wire directly to the board . with this your prob. will solve

I tried and soldered directly to board according to the support images, the result is the same.
