sagmaster status ok but device not found !

Status : Device OK.
Serial : ACxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Type : SAG MASTER
FirmWare : ver.:18.00R

Connecting ... OK. Please Wait...

Ther's problem with upgrade your SagMaster Box
