i can not open software ,it always say that send report to microsof.i can slove this problem without antivirus
any solution avec kespersky
please help me

Also to me this problem. i don't have service pack 3, is is the same old 2. client tool report ok, my scdr 2 is is ok. but scdr II aplication don't work.
