I have this same problem today, client upgrade box to version 27.01, then I started LPT_SCDR_II.EXE and this is log from program:

- ERROR: DEVICE DAMAGED, NEED REBUILD!

Looking For AtMega32 ...Found
Test Device:
- Run Test 0 ...Ok
- Run Test 1 ...Ok
- Run Test 2 ...Ok
- Run Test 3 ...Ok

- MSG: DEVICE READY TO REBUILD!

Rebuilding Device:
- Write Flash ...Ok!
- Write Flash ...Ok!
- Write Flash ...Ok!

- MSG: REQUEST REGISTERED SUCCESS!
- MSG: PLEASE WAIT ~48 HOUR FOR PREPARE DATA!

And then after about 30 minutes:

Looking For AtMega32 ...Found

Test Device:

- Run Test 0 ...Ok

- Run Test 1 ...Ok

- Run Test 2 ...Ok

- Run Test 3 ...Ok

- MSG: DEVICE READY TO REBUILD!

Rebuilding Device:

- Write Flash ...Ok!

- Write Flash ...Ok!

- Write Flash ...Ok!

- MSG: NOT READY, PLEASE WAIT FOR PREPARE DATA!

Now when I try to connect with client tool:

Lpt Port : 0x378
Status : Device not found!

What I need to do now?

What I need to do now?

But it says " - MSG: REQUEST REGISTERED SUCCESS!
- MSG: PLEASE WAIT ~48 HOUR FOR PREPARE DATA!"
So why you try in 30 minutes and not wait 48 hours?
The Sagmaster team prepare data so your box repairs itself but they need time thats why you get message 48 hour.
Then all will be fine (well it was for me on both SM2 and SCDR2 after 48 hours

)

i have run soft severally, am using latest version V27.01a and waited 48+ hour and yet problem same. my log is as below
