problem with too Old phones

I have two phones and i think it's two infeneon phones one has "!" and the number 3 appear at the screen the second is Simlocked without sim .

I logged the two phones and this appear at Scdr2 program :

I know there old dongle sagmaster Infeneon but I don't find it

Can I repair this two phones with Scdr2 or Sagem doctor for the phone locked without sim and how?
