hi
i have a problem with the unlocking of huawei modem after get a code from server i can't inter it show error but my credit it lost how i can do to unlock it or to retriev my lost credit????

there is the log
Found Phone, Phone Info:
- Manufacturer :huawei
- Model :EG162G
- Revision :11.001.09.00.000
- Phone IMEI :354930030333694

Send Unlock Command... ERROR

the code that the server give me is 64501017
