pls can somebody help me my smti box s/ no is showing question mark and i try to update my device it gives me update device fail. its like my smti box is dead. pls i want to know if the box is dead.

bro download and install version 17.61 manualy from support

after this check your internet connection

run program and see.

Try manual "UPDATE DEVICE" if always same problem with latest installer then contact me on msn
we will check it online together !
