not receive any codes sagem model, the phone is connected properly, read it without any error, but when giving jobs code I get no message, no error but no codes, nothing

for me same problem phone connected and information read normaly but in do jobs for unlock the phone is reconized with software and the soft ask chek tp .

so check tp cos there is something wrong with tp ; pcb also smti tp adaptor.

same time using antivirus, NOD32, this is going about the last update...
phone connects perfectly read the information in it, not give any error at TP, and when trying to read codes on the server, nothing,break...
tried on two pc and same problem

smti used for a long time and I was happy with it so far,what can you tell me in this case,mr. gsminfo?

and you have many times same situation .
Please check your internet connection .

internet connection is very good, high speed, the other box is connected perfectly on their servers (eg, furious, sagdd, UB) have changed and antiviral with BitDefender, and the same problem was met, using vers19.93 last for about 2,3 I do question this week, using it for several years and worked perfectly

what to do in this situation, I want to activate and jrt!!!

please help me smti support!
