hi i have the problem with my box not work

when detect phone "error: enexpected device exception"

Update Device:
- Prepare Device ...Ok
- Get Update ...Fail
- ERR: 203 for S/n: xxxxxxx
s/n xxxxxxxxx all done:? ballance:0 ready disconeted
please help...................

.....i have question marks ????????????????????? in space for serial nos.u reply n said something about changing the atmega or so...asked for a diagram to help still no reply from u...what kind of support is this?!!!!!!!!!

i try to erase box with file u sent but i get error device mcu not found...what next plzz

problem solved...after i resolder n reflow atmega chip software starts up fine n evrything work ok.i just hope it stays ok.big thanks to mr gsminfo

1 check your internet connection ( maybe some firewell make block )
2 open box and make exchange cristal to same ( possible from scdr2)
3 open box and make exchahe cpu to AT32L new one ( possible from scdr2)
4 make update by latest SMTi exe
