smti access violation - GSM-Forum

hello
i have a problem with smti soft
when i clic with or with out box they write
access violation at adress 77BD1391. read of adress 77bd1391.
i restart pc
i clic with only smti box
no other usb
uninstall smti exe and install the latest soft
but stil the same problem
what do it ?
need help in smti team and support
