SMTi HW. modification For Locosto Phones - GSM-Forum

Hi !!

We found that some people have sometimes a problem with Detection
of some Locosto Phones & we are always working to reduce max. users poblems for better futur works .

For that exist 2 ways to fix this prob :

Exp For :

POWER ON PHONE ...Ok!

- Load Certificate ...Done!
- Load Application ...Done!

- ERROR: OPERATION FAIL, TRY ONCE MORE!

Or

Maybe many users never saw this kind of problems , but in case after check everything of course remember this notice please , Thx

SMTi have 2 diffrents HW. so if all ok & no problems found no need for this .
SMTi already dont have warranty sticker on Box "that we reserved this for users in futur use to be opened at need !!"
But if some dilers sales with warranty sticker users must ask resellers ! i think that this poitn very clear now

where can i find ZENER diode 2v7. example my TP cable for 411X not working if dont short diodes (or ??) 201 after this procedure i unlock my202

for never had problem using smti so never bother to change this diode

100% 14m ic damaige. tested other box ic change .locosto phones working very well
