| After recieve some questions from some customers about the problem of runing SMTi software with installed Kaspersky on system & after some research we found the folowing results : Most of users problems with Kaspersky Anti-virus v6.0x We will not left customers lose they'r own or prefered Anti-Virus . How fixing this ? I tryed by self this & with 3 other customers & result was Perfect "even that the problem unknown" "Because no error or anything detected if it was as "exe compressor or anything else" on SMTi software . 1-Uninstall Kaspersky Anti-virus 2-After Uninstall , SMTi should work 3-Re install again Kaspersky Anti-virus 4-Before do Scan or update "Run SMTi" it will work then close it 5-Now you can use SMTi with Installed Kaspersky Antivirus V.6.0x We need to test this with other users & posting results here . We just wanna keep SMTi works for best service even all . |

| @hamada33r Be sure first that you are using the version that we talk about it & that your kaspersky not blacklisted key . |

| Sorry, but Kaspersky products (2006 and later) do NOT have such problem. Just check "Compatibility mode for programs using self-protections methods" in settings. BR |
