SMTI read Infos From phones Ok But Not Unlock - GSM-Forum

hi SMTI team
this problem occured since last update
i can read infos from phones like

Found Phone, Phone Info:
- Phone Type :my100X
- Phone FW :LA5,JC: 131006 1143
- Phone HT :04 14 05
- Phone IMEI :3533410xxxxxxxx
- Prod. Code :252873015
- Board Type :m64
- NOR Flash ID :0001 297E 2915 2900
- Chip [0] :Spansion S29NS016J 16Mbit
Boot Method: "HS Device" Autodetect
Operation Cost:
- Clear/Set Net Code :FREE (ballance >= 25)/1 Credit (ballance < 25)
- Change Firmware :1 Credit (ballance >= 25)/2 Credit (ballance < 25)
P.S. GP Method Work Only USE "SMTi Virtual Port(COM0)"
HS Method Clear User Code 1 Credit

but when i do unlock it a dialog appears showing
"Remove battery and put back!CONTINUE?

POWER ON PHONE ...Fail!

and nothing else after
whats wrong please
