Exclamation Urgent help needed! Please help to revive myX6-2!

Hi All!
Strange thing, I have phone with myX6-2 model on its case, but when i press detect phone, the next message appears:
Found Phone, Phone Info:
- Phone Type :myV-76
- Phone FW :LS5,1C: 131005 1442
What can I do to find out clearly what model is it?
And the next one question, this phone show start-up logo on display, freeze in this state for a long time, then blink once and shows white display, so how can I fix it, which options should I check in programm and including: "code option","Write Firmware Option","Write EEProm Option"?

Thanks in advance!
