dll error - GSM-Forum

i have formated my system .i have older et box plus cd that come with it it is having its reg key. i installed drivers proprly its showing its comport and it is reading its id. but when i m trying to open setup error on screen comes can not load ftd2xx.dll. what is reason for it.

Sir, first of all i am really very sorry for not answering your post on time.
about your problem. please download the latest version from the website which includes this file. also make sure to install the drivers again as it maybe cause of faulty drivers too.
