Correct T/C positioning for accurate temperature readings


Hi,

Just make sure you use the correct way , the temperature readings and correct Phase's end temperature.

Factors affect the T/C reading are, putting T/C probe over the Flux , the probe edge is far from solder balls more than 6mm , T/C probe bent from outside but actually it is broken from inside - you will never know or see - it is inside the metal tube and cover the T/C with any tapes ( reflevtive tapes).

After, the company offers technical live support , SKYPE: jovysystemscs . People can not seeking information or instructions , as long they did not contact the original company support email or live chat facility.

Forum spare Time , moderator , experinced users and space , for better free service for the offers made ,of more than two years ago.

Hello Raheeb,
I just bought a RE-7500 machine.
I am new to this machine as well as Reballing/Reflowing.
I would like to know what type of support the manufaccturer provides.
Please let me know how to access their support system if there is any.
(Email, Forum, Knowledbase, Ticket system, Live chat, or any other form of support...)
And where can I download profiles for the machine?

I also find it is a good idea to get another meter and frequently spot check to make sure the TC is ok. I bought a nice one for $30 US from ThermoWorks. Very accurate.

I think you added a wrong address , i have online with them for my new project in repair medical equipments ..
