Question diameter balls

hello i want to know the diameter of the ball was put on a BGA NIVIDIA G86-750-A2 is it 0.50 or 0.60 ?

Each package has a tolerance of +/- .10mm allowed , you can refer to the package information in the data sheet .

Or, if you sure of remove all teh old solder material from the package and the PCB pads you can use 0.60 mm , if you not sure use small diameter balls.

you have to use 0.6 diameter balls
