Help with Jovy system and Reballing

Hi, guys i write from italy, i 'm a compuer tecnician, i repair a lot of notebook so i have bought Jovy systems Re-7500 one month ago.
Now i am able to desold Leaded and Lead Free Chip, like as "northbridge", "sothbridge", "GPU" of laptop motherboars.
My problem is reballing.
When i remit balls on the chip i put it under the jovy's U.H. with balls facing the heater of course.
but balls walk and meet other balls...
can someone suggest me a good tip?

agree.., in my opinion, too much flux will make balls move easily in reballing process, as we can see when the gpu is getting hot, flux will get drying, in this drying process flux will hold balls and the balls will follow the flux until it really dried and the balls get soldered,.so..in this section don't apply too much flux as it will easily move the balls to get joined especially in drying process..hope this can help as i also face it before..
