reballing issue

hi,

we used the PPD 183 paste for reballing the Ic. now the problem is that we were able to reball but not all the pins of the IC got reballed. IS there any thing we are doing wrong. Our main concern is reballing and soldering the BGA. Removal is not a issue.

Hope to get some helpful info.

@mbrepair,

I've bought the machine in india. Are you familiar with reballing with hot air successfully? Try watching the reballing video on jovy's site carefully. The settings won't be the same for mobile ICs, but you have to experiment. Over the next few weeks more and more users will be sharing their experiences here.

Best of luck!
