Member: 437621 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19 | Don't think I would use the RE7500 as a hot plate. I prefer to put the BGA in a holding form in the board holder. Then I apply upper heat as well and get a more even distribution of heat. I use Winslow preforms. |
