Member: 1423542 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 32 | Soldering Hello guys, i buy one JOVY 8500, and i started now with the reballing and the reflow, i already change one chip, but he get bubbles on the chip, i set the preheating-120 Soaking- 190 Reflow- 220 PReheating Upper-40 Middle-65 Side-40 Soaking Upper-75 Midlle-80 Side-50 Reflow- Upper-90 Middle-90 Side-50 I think i need help in that cases... Thanks |
