RE-8500 exist official technical support or not?

I bought Jovey RE-8500. I have a couple of question :-) But i don't know where can i ask about them :-)

1. When working with a profile at the last fase of SOAKING mode bottom heat is switching off, regardless of the set
percent capacity heaters (HEATER%), thatswhy the required temperature does not achieved or highly stretched in time.
This unnormal action presenst at the both modes the heater is in standard and FREE profiles, as well as PC SUITE
version, and 1.02 and 1.09.

2. Process management is solely for the first thermocouple (PC SUITE 1.09), although
in version 1.02 - on the larger value, as it should.

3. When standard power profile side heater is not adjustable, but it is clear that central heating controlled by profile. The result is overheating flanks board.

4. In the version of PC SUITE 1.09 no point DRAW PROFILE GUIDE GRAPH - is this normal?

5. Paragraph TOOLS / PROCESS ANALYS display incorrectly or not at all
Heater Power

6. When monitoring the actual temperature gauge added to discrepancies
(Understatement of regular readings of thermocouples) by more than 10 degrees, which at peak
given temperatures (PEAK TEMP) 235 ° leads to overheating

Sorry for bad english. Thanks for the attention :-)

Gene,
Did you also update the RE8500 firmware?
If so, send me your profile and I will check it out

Hi. Firmware 1.07, Jovey PC Suite 1.09, we used factory profiles (Asus.jprof).
P.S. We solve some of problems (Half of them was in native termal couplers - they are ...., we replaced it )

Gene,
That is the current firmware. So, you have your issues worked out?
I do not use the stock TC's, I use ones from Omega. Jovy stock TC's too bulky and clumsy. Also try my profile as posted in the other RE8500 thread.
You should get positive results.
