Good post

Good post! I plan to move into this stuff after I’m done with school, as most of it is time consuming. It’s a great post to reference back to. My blog needs more time to gain in popularity anyway.

bhartek,
Use the TC on a junk board to test the UH temps. If they are not where they should be, then look to a defective heater or another issue inside the Jovy. Make sure you have good grounds on the system. Especially if you are using an inverter/regulator power source. Thet messed me up when I was first using the Jovy.

Unsuccessfull operation with Jovy RE7500

Hi,

We experienced some weird issues with this machine (RE-7500).
The fast reflow mode (120s) did not allow us to remove any component while all the process seemed to run correctly.
We tried some profiles downloaded from the official website. (DCTx, Mobile 036, Mobile Sac Reflow). None of them run correctly. We never reached the expected temperature.

So we need some help from you to understand this machine/
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
