Warranty and After sales services
Jovy systems sent me about my inquiry for warranty and after sales services to be sure of my rights, here a summary from what I got as an end-user:
They confirm that their bible for after sales services is
" Customer first services foremost"
1- The three main products of Jovy Systems (RE-8500,RE-7500 and iSolder-40) enjoy 12 month warranty from the date of Purchase cover any manufacturing faults.
2- Warranty and after sales services provided mainly by the local distributors or original seller of the product, for fast and quality services.
3- Original spare parts for after sales services are original one and stamped by QC for best quality and failure-free guarantee.
4-Technical Support provided by three different means of communication for fast response and best services

5-Warranty voids as known for such similar products and as example not for sorting out:
*Mishandling of the products (customs, shipping or electricity/power supply specifications).
*Disassemble the machine by the operator without any technical back ground with Jovy original products or Jovy Systems authorization.
*Misuse of replacement spare parts.
*Buying from un-authorized distributors
*Supply and delivering the spare parts in short lead time through the local distributor or original seller of the product.
*Modify or change the products hardware design

Jovy is a good company and stands behind their product from my experience. And I get good technical response, just a language barrier in getting questions answered. I guess that is to be expected.
