Xbox360 board warping on rework

Hello, I use a jovy RE-7500.
When I reflow the GPU on the older style 360 (without HDMI port), the board warps/sags horribly under the gpu. Obviously the board was never meant for lead free solder.

I end up with a 'smile' shape under the GPU chip and I cannot get it to reflow properly.

I dont have this problem with the HDMI version.

Anyone got any tips or solutions for this problem?

Thanks.

Michael.
