Install problems - GSM-Forum

Everything I have is:

9:10:24 > Start!
9:10:40 > Detecting all serial ports...OK!
9:10:40 > Searching for Uni-Dongle... NOT FOUND (2)!
9:10:40 > Working in offline mode!
9:10:40 > Ready...

I installed driver first of course, rebooted PC but no luck, not found (2) is my best result until now.

I installed both drivers then found in download area, but failed again. All this in 2 PCs.

Now I gonna think my dongle is faulty. By the way: why are 2 drivers in the support? For what? And why is NOWHERE a description of them?

Pls. give me an advice how to get to work the dongle, before I throw it through window

I also have JAF and

- JAF's pkey works well in the red reader of uni-dongle, so drivers are correct installed and reader is OK
- uni's card works in neither JAF's nor his own red reader, that means card must have a fault.

Anyway, you'll have to correct Skype nick from "rsg_team" to "rgs_team" as it is wrong on your website

Problem solved: smart card was faulty. Reseller changed it, now perfect.
