D407 shows CHARGING - GSM-Forum

when I plug the cable that came with my clip into the phone (WITHOUT THE CLIP) the phone shows that it's charging... and when connecting the clip both LEDS come on then I power on the phone right away but it does not unlock! only the red led blinks while the blue one is ON !

this cable and clip are BRAND NEW!

you might have a faulty cable
but
do like this
plug phone to clip without battery
insert battery and straight away press power button

I did that many times and I tried other things also but nothing works!
I think it;s the cable but this is NEW NEW NEW

TURN YOURE PHONE ON WITHOUT SIM CARD WAIT for it to say insert sim...then pug the ultimate sam clip in it wait and see what happens??????????might do the trick?

same behavior ... still not working ... with SIM/without SIM/with wrong SIM ... all give same results.

I'm gonna have to use NSpro unfortunately... I'm thinking this cable with multi pinout is not a very good idea from ultimate sam.
