FIRST OF ALL PLZ MAKE SURE THAT U HAVE INSTALLED ALL DRIVERS FOR THE ULTIMATE SAM CLIP IN YOUR COMPUTER , DRIVERS U CAN FIND IN THE CD COMES IN THE BOX PACK .

1. ATTACH UR ULTIMATE SAM CLIP WID THE USB CABLE PROVIDED IN BOX.

2. DOWNLOAD THE NEW SOFTWARE/CLIENT/Ultimate-samv3.05.msi FROM :
http://www.ultimate-sam.com/files/
3. plz before proceeding make sure u dont have any older verson installed in ur machine , if so plz delete dat one , restart machine and install new one .

4. for the 3g fones unlocking u can use box pack usb cables or g600 usb cable is compatible.

5. u can download fone drivers from the above link in drivers folder: QUALCOMM DRIVERS

6. OPEN THE ULTIMATE SAM CLIENT/SOFTWARE , MAKE SURE UR FONE IS IN QUALCOMM MODE , U CAN DO IT BY POWERING UP THE FONE , WHEN ITS FULLY POWERED TYPE *#782872#

7. IT SAYS TO U ON THE LCD SCREEN DAT FONE IS IN QUALCOMM MODE , DONT PRESS THE CONFIRM BUTTON , JUST LEAVE IT AS IT IS.

8.SELECT THE 3G NEW. FROM THE LIST AND PRESS UNLOCK AND WAIT UNLESS PROCESS DONE . ENJOY UR FONE IS UNLOCKED NOW!

9. DURING TESTS ON SOME FONES WE HAVE NOTICED DAT SOME F480 DONT GO IN QUALCOMM MODE , FOR DAT IF U EXPERIENCE THIS , PLZ MAKE FONE FULL RESET BY USING THESE ON UR FONE KEY PAD

Unfreeze Any New Samsung 3G!



- Put the phone into Qualcomm mode by entering *#782872#
- Insert the original USB cable into the phone
if you already have installed the Drivers you can skip this parts
- If drivers not installed, the PC will prompt with install driver
- point the windows installer to the Ultimate-sam/drivers/qulacommDriver folder
- After installation of the drivers


- Phone must be ON with any SIMCARD inside
- start the ultimate-sam program and just click on unlock

- wait until the unlock process finishes(phone restarts)
- now take out the simcard
- turn the phone on again, and unlock again
- wait for the phone to be unlocked and restarted
- voila phone is unfreezed and unlocked.

hi,
i have used ultimate sam on other pcs and its fine,

just this laptop i am trying to set it up on, the laptop just automatically installs drivers for a zte modem and zte diagnostics interface,

ive un installed the drivers but when i connect the phone to the computer again it automatically installs the zte drivers without giving me an option to select anything else.

i also tried updating the drivers but the computer says the current ones are a better match and dont let me update..

what do i do?

zte modem and zte diagnostics interface, u will have this issue when u r trying to install qualcomm drivers
make sure u put your fone in qualcomm mode b4 installing the drivers, to enter qualcomm mode use this code *#782872#

here is the sol........

go in my computer >properties>device manager>com and lpt settings> select dat zte device >properties >update driver>select manually > 3rd option: choose the drivers manually > have disk> give qualcom drivers path > install .

REPEAT SAME PROCESS FOR THE MODEM AS WELL .


BOTH IN MODEM AND LPT AND COM SETTINGS, IT SHD APPEAR AS
QUALCOM DIAGNOSTICS INTERFACE .

U ARE READY TO UNLOCK UR SAMSUNG WID ULTIMATE


IS VERY EASY TO DO IT , IF STILL HAVE PROBLEM AND U ARE LOCATED NEAR ME , BRING IT TO ME I SOLVE IT FOR U .

IMP: IF DRIVERS ARE NOT OK , SOFTWARE WILL CRASH FOR SURE .

Tried more than 10 times with different 3G models, but all i get is no port found, even if i install the drivers and can see them on device manager.
not really user friendly product
have to click 3-4 times just to identify the clip so forget about identifying the phone

i think you have one of these problem
1}drivers ar not good or arent instaled correctly
2}you cable is not good
3}your pc or notebook is not good

WELL

every body think before buying anything , ultimate sam has dat much feed back that made u to buy it !

now back to ur question , ur ports are not found by the ultimate sam .

first: if any qualcomm fone has bluetooth activated in the fone , u try 100 times fone will not be recognized wid any machine. try to reset first by

*2767*3855#


2- in some cases computer recognize it as zte or benq , so the solution is listed above in the same thread , only u need some common sense to do it .

if u cant do it and need my help , add me in ur messenger .

Hi there,

i did not mean to disrespect U-SAM. everything works and you can unlock latest samsung 3G models with the U-SAM Client. but you have to click more than two three times to detect box and phone, even though you have installed the port and modem drivers properly. hope usam team will fix this bug with their interface.

all you have to do is install Qualcomm Propertier USB Modem under modem section and Qualcomm Diagnostic interface under ports settings. AND restart the PC (must).

little bit long mission but worth to learn.
