T-mobile SAMSUNG T429 not unlocked :( - GSM-Forum

I tried many times to unlock this T429 from Tmobile USA but was not successful , I plug in the clip to the phone and then turn on the phone and then i see TAT mode, both LEDs flash then go OFF ... check phone... LOCK still ACTIVE

try reset *2767*3855# and then unlock it
