I am trying to update my Smart Sam but after downloading NET Framework 2.0 and Updateutility files i keep getting this:

"Cannot download the application. The application is missing required files. Contact application vendor for assistance"

Any help would be appreciated.

Please install the .Net Frameworks and restart your pc.

Tried to unlock an E330 but the phone doesn't respond on it.

Unlocking E330 (Sysol)

Take off phone battery,
put battery back
Insert the clip and press the power on button of the phone Immediatley,
Phone should enter TAT mode. Wait a few seconds. Everything will be done.

For eep reset enter *2767*2878# without sim.
For full reset enter *2767*3855# without sim.

Getting the above message when trying to update. Taking absolutely ages!How long should it take roughly - can anyone help. Also should the clip be showing any sign of life while updating? Or do I have a problem here? Thanks.
