Dear tonydvd,

It seems that there is a problem in processing the data.
Do you use any antivirus/firewall? please turn them temporarily off and retry.

Please retry, the clip could not read the Smart-sam's IDentification strings.
Please retry, some clips might have the grounding problem. Please search on our support section here if the problem remains. you have to make a connection on the PCB.

with best regards

unfortunatly there are some clips(about 1000pcs) which have this problem. There is a JPG where one have to make a connection between GND of the clip to the Metal shielding.
We are sorry if anyone has this problem.

Open-up the USB cable, hold with your hand the Green line, then update
should be ok.

The GND connection in some cases is not suffecient, thats why you could get the following errors like CRC error or Could not connect.
