The update utility is relieable, in the sense if the clip operates normal or the Voltage from the USB port is conform 4.8V-5volts and the GND connection is optimized after ignetion. We cannot change the Update utility if 97% of our users update without any problem. Could you please try to update on a different PC if it does not help, i am afraid the Clip/usbcable has a hardware malfunction, try to contact your reseller. Wbr |

Well, if a program didn't require dc of the hardware, the BB5 Box testpoint cables were long enough. But we have tested it, it has indeed nothing to do with multisession management. The new clips are the proof which can be updated without any problem. Both the clip hardware is improved and the update cable length is shorten. WBR to_deal_with Smart-Sam Team | |
