hi, ive been trying to update my clip for the last few days and i wont update. when i try to update it says " could not connect to server". is anyone else having the same problem?

any help would be great

HI there, Is anybody can help me (link , advise) to update my Ultimate Sam clip? I am trying last a few months, no result. Not connected to server. The web side on the box doesn't open. I need the version 2.18 to unlock S3500 phones. Thanks.
