x680v will not unlock by clip - GSM-Forum

i have a x680v and the clip will not unlock it. Should i try to connect it to usb and also plug in the box to the computer? I have tried phone off and phone on when inserting clip. What should i do?

X680 cant unlock by US, many many times tested and don't work.
