cant unlock KP130 - GSM-Forum

I tried several times to unlock but always the same,after phone is stil locked.
here is the log

After Unlock done Make Factory Reset 2945#*#

of course i made factory reset but phone was stil locked.
tried on 3 pieces but without succes

1-select KP202
2-select Repair "Service not available"

phone is unlocked 100%
