Hello is anyone out there alive, where is the support for this box. The claims it boasts are way past the mark. To date I have managed to unlock 0 phones, have managed to install box but have no idea how to use it. Why can it not be as easy as SETool? This is claimed official support so where is it?

Even A kid can use This Box Easily. Wht Seems U complicated to Use

in software, If u have no idea. Post Here Which Model u trying To unlock or

flash we will give u procedure with ScreenShots.

Currently a KU990, I plug service cable into phone click direct unlock, finds lg modem on com 3 but cannot find phone have also tried it with usb cable still no joy. How do you attach phone, switched on or of and do you have to hold any buttons when attaching the phone ( like holding c button on SETool)?

No need to press any button,u should off ur phone and plugin

usb data cable ur phone will be detected,Simply click direct unlock in software

if its old security it will unlock for sure!!!
